Internship

Attention curious pupils and students! At Schuster Elektronik in Niederndorf (Herzogenaurach) you will get an insight into the development of measuring devices in power electronics: What are semiconductors, resistors and capacitors? Which devices are developed for what purpose? How do you develop and produce measuring devices for the end customer, how do you weld and solder by hand? With us, you can learn this and much more and then deepen your knowledge through all departments (development, construction, mechanics, assembly, commissioning). Depending on your qualifications, you will be closely supervised and actively supported as you work independently on interesting projects. Testimonials

Testimonial
Initially, when selecting a suitable internship, proximity to my hometown of Bamberg was important to me. Schuster Elektronik met this criterion. When I inquired by phone, I was offered an internship at short notice and without complications, which is why I chose this company. During the internship, I got to know the company better. I was particularly impressed by the friendly working atmosphere, the open communication among employees, and the general willingness to help. It was always possible to have a personal conversation with the management. After a brief introduction, you are entrusted with responsible tasks. Schuster Elektronik places great value on ensuring that as an intern, you don't degenerate into a 'copy assistant.' Due to the manageable size of the company, you can easily 'get a taste' of all departments and thus realistically understand company structures and production processes. Since my first internship, I have always been happy to return to this company, whether as a working student or, most recently, for my six-month practical semester. The good experiences with Schuster Elektronik, which are also due to the personal support from Mrs. Rech, make me recommend every student to do their internship there. (Iris)

As part of my studies in electrical engineering and information technology at KIT in Karlsruhe, I was able to complete a 4-month professional internship in the field of research and development at Schuster Elektronik GmbH. This internship was both the basis for a successful thesis and a good foundation for my professional life. (Roko)
