To the Service FormShipping and Returns
We are happy to support you with returns. Basically, our shipping terms are EXW, which means that pickup at our company after completion and notification is desired. However, if you wish to have it shipped, please let us know your preferred freight forwarder and we will organize it for you. If you have any questions about packaging and shipping, you can call us at any time!
Packaging
When packaging your device, make sure that...
- the device is padded on all sides
- the packaging consists of sturdy cardboard
- heavy devices are additionally placed on pallet(s)
- a cabinet on wheels is always secured and the wheels are relieved
Repair Costs
Since we can only determine the costs for repairing your device during processing, we offer you a budget quote based on our repair experience. Billing is then based on actual effort.
