Description
The measuring bridge KTM 604 A is used for capacity measurement of power capacitors at 50 Hz and nominal voltage.
Measuring ranges are depending on the adjusted voltage range:
1 - 400 µF (100 - 1,000 V),
2 - 800 µF (50 - 500 V) and
10 - 4,000 µF (10 - 100 V).
The power compensation by parallel connection of inductance coils is necessary because of the high reactive power value at the specimen (more than 120 kW at 400 µF and 1,000 V).
Manually and automatically compensation and measurement are possible.
Due to implement series measurement a serial interface is integrated.
